It was, I felt, necessary to duplicate the material from ECEMF's website to provide an accurate description of the Festival. I am a board member of East Cork Early Music, and any copyright-related issues shouldn't be a problem for that reason, I would think.

The blurb on the ECEMF website is more promotional than factual anyway (features superlatives and such), and wasn't really suitable for use as a Wikipedia article.
